How come no physical address details are listed?
As we keep substantial amounts of diamonds in our high-security premises, for security reason we do not list our physical address details.
Also, in order to keep costs down so that we can pass on price savings to you, we have found operating over the internet with as little physical contact works very well to keep costs down.

Notwithstanding the above it is possible to arrange for a diamond viewing in our premises. To arrange this, we will need a scanned (legible and clear) copy of your drivers licence. And we will verify your contact details before granting an appointment.
