Returns Policy

We have a ten day return policy so that you can be sure you have made the correct decision. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund or an exchange within ten days from the date it was invoiced to you less any handling, shipping, insurance, taxes, bank transaction fees and any costs that have been incurred by Tataza Diamonds. All returns must follow the Return Process as detailed below.

If the item is a diamond, the original gemmological laboratory certificate that was issued with the diamond needs to be returned as well.

Our Returns Process:

Upon receiving your return, the item will be analysed by our returns department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or items that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Tataza Diamonds item number, and packages that are improperly packaged or will be refused receipt.

How to Prepare Your Return:

To return an item to Tataza Diamonds, follow this three-step process:

1. Return Authorization Code. Email questions@TatazaDiamonds.com.au and request a Return Authorisation Code. You will receive this code as well as the address for returns by reply email. Write this code on a copy of your original invoice.

2. Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material as well as the copy of your invoice with the Return Authorisation Code you received by email. If your item was delivered with a gemmological report or any other type of certificate and that report and/or certificate is not returned, you may be liable for replacement costs. For security reasons, do not write Tataza Daimonds or the words ‘Daimonds’ or ‘Jewellery’ anywhere on the outside of the box/envelope.

3. Insure Your Package. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.* 

We suggest you use a safe method for the return. And we suggest you use a method where a signature will be necessary for delivery which could allow you to confirm receipt.
