Local Deliveries (deliveries within Australia):
What sets Tataza Diamonds apart from many Australian online Jewellery vendors is that we are committed to delivering your order within 24 hours of receiving payment in cleared funds***.
When you order something from us we will request that you register for an account with Tataza Diamonds. Registration is simple and easy and is done by following the instructions on the screen once you hit the 'checkout' button.
We charge twelve dollars for shipping on all orders within Australia that have a selling price of up to $24,000 (including GST) and we charge fifty dollars for shipping on all orders within Australia that have a selling price greater than $24,000 (including GST) and are committed to fulfilling you order within twenty four hours*** whenever you are on the network of one of our selected carriage vendors.
Once we have received payment for your order in cleared funds your order will be shipped using one of the following shipping methods:
As soon as payment has been received in cleared funds, your order will be dispatched with one of the above carriers. As long as you are on the carrier’s regular delivery network (usually capital cities and surrounds) your order should arrive within twenty four hours of dispatch. If you are not on one of the carrier’s regular networks, delivery should occur between forty eight and seventy two hours.
We use courier and carriage providers that will require a signature for delivery. This requirement is for your protection. Please ensure someone will be present at the location you have chosen for the delivery of your goods.
All goods shipped are insured against loss and damage whilst they are in transit only. Once you are advised by e-mail that your order has been shipped, we assure delivery of all items except in cases where the address you have supplied is incorrect, illegible, incomplete or if the recipient is away or has moved, in which case you will be liable for payment of the purchase price of the order irrespective of whether the order arrives on time or not at all.
If you are not present when the first delivery attempt is made, the courier company will make a second delivery attempt and/or leave a note or contact you to arrange delivery.
Depending on which carrier we use for your dispatch, some Courier parcels have internet tracking numbers which allow us to track the parcels in transit using the internet – please feel free to email questions@tatazadiamonds.com.au and request a status check on your order prior to receipt of your order and we will endeavour to track your order and provide you a status report.
We are not able to deliver orders to a post office box as all orders must be signed for. If you live in a rural area and a post box is the only postal address that you have, please contact us by emailing questions@tatazadiamonds.com.au to discuss delivery and we will be able to help you with getting your parcel delivered to you.

Since our products are often given for engagements or other special occasions, we will be extremely flexible when it comes to addresses, to help you create your dream surprise unfortunately though we can not deliver to a post office box.
International Deliveries (deliveries outside of Australia):
Presently we only ship to continental Australian addresses as well as to the Australian state of Tasmania. However, at our discretion we may elect to ship to international addresses. In such a case, the following will apply:

- are normally only shipped using FedEx and
- delivery times depend on many variables, such as country and
- international order shipping is not free. You will be contacted by email with a quote prior to shipping
Overseas orders may be subject to local duty, taxes and import charges and these are not included in the purchase price from Tataza Diamonds and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Tataza Diamonds will not be responsible for the payment of any customs duties, taxes or import charges incurred under any circumstances.
When ordering from Tataza Diamonds you agree to pay any import duties, taxes or custom charges which may be imposed by your country's government. If you refuse to pay any import duties, taxes or charges imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order, you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product and you will be charged the full purchase price of the order and the shipping price together with any shipping amount incurred in the return of the goods to Tataza Diamonds as well as any customs duty, costs or penalty imposed by your government.
Shipping Notes:
The shipping times quoted are for the actual shipping and delivery of the purchased item or items, and does not include any time related to verifying and doing a fraud check on a credit card payment, the clearing of cheques and funds sent to Tataza Diamonds via direct deposit, wire transfer or payment by cheque. NO order will be sent until the funds have been cleared and any necessary fraud checks have been completed.
No orders placed using online or offline payment methods will be processed until payment has been received in cleared funds. This may cause some delay in quoted delivery times.
If for any reason an item purchased or ordered via our web site is currently unavailable or out of stock Tataza Diamonds will contact you within two working days via the contact details that you have provided and you will be refunded in full.
Tataza Diamonds will not make shipments to Brazil, Nigeria, India, Indonesia and Pakistan.

*** = Due to the nature of the product and for security reasons NO goods are shipped on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.
